Dear sifu`s need ur help

So few days back i change to a new set of component speakers + rear speakers

when i`m playing a song i can hear like a buzzing noise during the songs and even went i stop playing the song the noise are still there

The shop says it`s my player problem, but before this i don`t have this type of problem
