Animated Film

Today while i was working, my colleague asked what movie can be recommended? Then i said not much movie that i am interested and i browsed through the Yahoo Movie section there, and to my surprise they introduce Studio Ghibli Film, The Secret World of Arrietty, and so i recommend this movie passionately. Yet she just take a slight glimpse, silent with a "oh...." and got back to work. I was like getting poured by cold water. Later on i introduced "man on the ledge" and she engaged talking about that movie with me again... ...

My thought is that there are different ways to present a movie, 3D 2D or life action. Movies like Toys Story, Ice Age, Kung Fu Panda, Cars and etc, most of them would think it is okay or even interesting to watch; yet it is childish to watch movie like Arrietty? How about Spirited Away won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature at the 75th Academy Awards. If i introduce them Spirited Away to them, would i get the same former reaction?

The other thing has to be mentioned is that most of the Western Animated Film are in 3D, and Japanese Animated film are mostly 2D rendered. So what you guys think about it, is it because the movie was childish for Japanese Animated Film just because the movie is in 2D? So if this case established, that would be mean that watching 3D movie is not childish yet watch 2D movie is childish. What the... ...

Tenshi @ cafe

Ok today i was in the e@curve and spotted this cafe. I was going to try but chickened out eventually. Dang, i just don't have the courage to do it! Holy cow!
There was a plump guy (no discriminating mean) eating inside, but there is no interaction between waitress and him, which was really a sad point. Yea, i have to admit they are cute. Another thing is that today is a week day so thats why there were little customer.

Back in japan, a local friend of mine brought me there to akihabara to experience the cafe. As expected, all the customers inside are all otoko, and my friend is the only female customer. During the lunch there, i was absorbed in their atmosphere, they are passionate about the job. The waitress ran the show, hosting and doing auction to see if there is a customer order the special lunch set offer by their restaurant, they get to have the photograph session with those waitress, but must post the moe pose, okay that was embarrassed.

Sometimes, they will ask you to play the minigame with them like stabbing the box to determine the loser if the doll jump out. Of course there is a reward and punishment, in that day i was the winner, and i get to ask to have a photograph with the cutest waitress in restaurant, omg! Photograph is not enough, they will write their name on the photo and draw the big heart shape between you and her! YES!!! Well they will always running the show to keep the atmosphere lively. Well for the others they have to dance for the punishment on the small designated stage!

Back to the food, there is only one thing i can describe, that is every food in the menu will have the cute drawing! With moe girl, cute food, party atmosphere, i can't deny that it was awesome. Ahh, almost forgot they would address you as master, and for themselves they always say how may i service you in the sweet tone, well for the first time, you just cannot adapt with the way they greet you, u would of course soon engulf with ........... embarrassment, happy, its so preplex

Okay, in the end i still don't have gut to enter by myself! Should i find a friend to get the courage? damn.

I saw the blog about the emina guy in the video, the focus would how's the guy feeling in that moment, i guess my feeling back in Japan was like him, lol.

Well in short i think the waitress should be more lively a bit, and they can do some event as well.

P/S: There is no free charges for every service you go through with waitress.

Recently i just kept listening to Tayumu koto na kinagare ni nakade, タユムコトナキナガレノナカ by ikimono gakari. Is it one of the song in Toki wo Kakeru Shojo series? either drama or anime?

P/S: They also came out with the song name of Toki wo Kakeru Shojo in 10 March 2010, which appeared to be the theme song of the live action-film in 2010.
