            <description>Guys, I will be shifting my base to Publika KL hence I will need to look for a gym around the area. I tried googling, but all the gyms shown are not really...a gym. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My requirement very simple:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Allows deadlifting&lt;br /&gt;2) Power rack/ squat rack&lt;br /&gt;3) Leg Press machine&lt;br /&gt;4) Any machines that is related to calves&lt;br /&gt;5) Anything that I can use to do pull ups&lt;br /&gt;6) Cable cross machine&lt;br /&gt;7) Dip station&lt;br /&gt;8) Bench press station&lt;br /&gt;9) Best is it is ghetto&lt;br /&gt;10) Payment can be walk in or monthly commitment&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please suggest if you know any of the gym that fits the above.             <title>My First Sensible Cut</title>

            <description>Hi All,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What I was:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;End Oct 2013 - 90kg (198lbs) at 166cm (5ft 5inch), endomorph&lt;br /&gt;End Dec 2013 - 71kg doing all cardio and eating way too less than TDEE&lt;br /&gt;End Feb 2014 - 67kg after joining gym for 2 months, doing bro splits weight lift in the evening and cardio in the morning for 6 days a week. Eating at 1800kcal a day&lt;br /&gt;March 2014 - Eating at 2100kcal, started with Strong Lift. 2100kcal is TDEE as there is no weight gain or loss in 1 month of eating at 2100kcal&lt;br /&gt;August 2014 - Eating at 2400kcal, still doing Strong Lift. Bench at 65kg, OHP 50kg (half cheating leg drive), Squat 105kg, DL 110kg, Bend over rows with wrong form. All 5 reps. Body weight at 73kg&lt;br /&gt;September 2014 - Changed gym. Started doing bro split again, while concentrating on above big lifts. Starting to eat at 2700kcal because I stalled on all lifts. &lt;br /&gt;End March 2015 - Body weight at 80kg, fat as fuark. Bench at 80kg (8 reps), OHP 50kg with stricter form (8 reps), Squat 133kg (8 reps), conventional DL 143kg (5 reps), Sumo DL 125kg (12 reps) bend over row 47kg with proper form (12 reps).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Looking into the mirror I hated how I looked. I started my cut journey.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;End March 2015 - Eating at 2500kcal (Body weight 78kg by mid April)&lt;br /&gt;Mid April 2015 - 2300kcal (Body weight 75kg by mid May)&lt;br /&gt;Mid May 2015 - Eating at 2100kcal (Body weight hovers at 74 - 75 kg by beginning July)&lt;br /&gt;Beginning July 2015 - Eating at 1800kcal (Body weight at solid 74kg)&lt;br /&gt;10th August 2015 - Incorporated small runs in the morning. 12 minutes, running 1km, LSST. &lt;br /&gt;Till date - Eating at 1800kcal (Body weight at solid 73kg)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The lifting work in gym remained the same. Some of the weight and reps I lift goes up and down in this cutting phase. Major lifts remained compulsory every session. Those supplement work out change here and there in terms of variety and weight. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Till date (yesterday), my lifts are:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bench at 80kg (7 reps)&lt;br /&gt;OHP 42kg (8 - 10 reps)&lt;br /&gt;Squat 120kg (5 reps)&lt;br /&gt;Sumo DL 130kg (10 reps), conventional DL 143kg cannot even do 1 rep for continuous 3 weeks&lt;br /&gt;Bend over row 47kg (12 reps)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am eating now P/C/F - 40/39/21&lt;br /&gt;Sleeps max 7 hours a day if my baby doesn&amp;#39;t wake up in the middle of the night&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since this is my first sensible cut (or at least I think it is), I am inexperienced on how the body should react. I am at all time low energy ever since March 2014, my lifts numbers go down, I don&amp;#39;t get the fun of eating, I am demotivated. Since the beginning of the cut, I am able to slash gym time bit by bit daily, hence the sessions are more efficient. However, ever since I started running the whole session become sluggish again. 1 hour every session now. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Looking at those numbers I lift, should the cut be doing this? Or I have done something wrong? I have tried to provide as much info as I can. I have no drive at all in the gym now. I don&amp;#39;t know what should I chase now everyday. I am kind of lost here. Please comment/ suggest/ help if there is any.</description>

            <title>Not Able to Up Squats Weight</title>

            <description>Hey guys, I am stuck with 115kg squats for 2 months. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What I do every time when it comes to squat is:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Warm Up&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;60kg, 1 set, 12 reps&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Working&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;95kg, 1 set, 12 reps&lt;br /&gt;105kg, 1 set, 10 reps&lt;br /&gt;115kg, 1 set, target to do go 8 reps&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I believe I have a set of strong enough legs but whenever I try to go more than 6 reps at 115kg, my breathing give way. Loose the tightness and not able to push the weight up any more. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am eating enough. And I rest enough between sets. And I sleep enough between days. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any advice guys?</description>

            <title>Confused of Next Step</title>

            <description>I was doing only cardio before this and I weight 90kg when I took my first step of run. Cut down to 68kg and I am currently weighing 72.5kg at 166cm. I am not an ecto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been weight lifting since January 2014. Doing 5 days split and eating clean but what I eat was way below TDEE 1500- 1800 in a period of 2 months. Weight continued to drop to 66kg. It was a mistake and rectified the under eating and found that my TDEE is 2100kcal through eating exactly the same food everyday for 2 weeks in 2 different occasions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After that first 3 months, I decided that I want to get in a good strength base first, hence I switched to SL 5X5. I have been on the programme for 3 months now and below is the weights that I am on:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Squats - 115kg&lt;br /&gt;Deadlifts - 110kg&lt;br /&gt;OHP - 47.5kg&lt;br /&gt;Benchpress - 72.5kg&lt;br /&gt;Row - 67.5kg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I believe I did them in good form. I hv now stalled to up the weights for 2 weeks now. Not able to complete 5 sets with good form. Hence for the past 2 weeks, I upped my calorie by 150kcal from 2300 to 2450kcal on 3 training days and from 1800 to 1900 on those rest days.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is what I eat:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Training days - 175g protein, 205g carbs, 110g fats&lt;br /&gt;Non Training days - 175g protein, 91g carbs, 105g fats&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am still not able to up those lifting weights. But after eating more since 2 weeks ago, body weight goes up by 2kg in 2 weeks in oppose of steady 1kg every 2 weeks when I was eating 2300. The main dilema is, measurement tape is not giving me any figure change after the first 4 weeks into SL in any part except for the waist. Placebo wise, I felt that I have gained muscles all weeks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The dilema now is, do I up my calorie? Maintain? Change what I eat? Or I need to start changing routine?</description>

            <title>House Internal Odour</title>

            <description>Hi all, I have officially moved into the house for a month now. The problem now is that the living room and the stair case area has this unpleasant but bearable odour. When I walk out from the room in the morning, the smell is there. I tried turning my exhaust fan on, it helps, but I am not sure if this is the best way. Do not want to trun it on 24/7. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As far as I realise, this only happens in the morning. I do not smell the same thing when I come back from work. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is none in the room and kitchen. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is what I have done:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Seal all possible holes of odour source&lt;br /&gt;2) Put scented gel&lt;br /&gt;3) Put air purifier&lt;br /&gt;4) Dump all rubish the night before&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have no carpets, no pets. I do not know where the smell comes from. I even tried to smell into all possible source hole, but nothing. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please advice if anyone has the same experience. Or please help me to solve or cover up those smell.</description>

            <title>Matching the dress,shoes,belt and accessories</title>

            <description>Hi girls, I will be in a vacation and there will be an important dinner.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have alr bought a light pearl white dress, a black belt that goes with it,black ribbon necklace,white bangles. However, I only have white shoes. Do you girls think that it will  be weird if I have everything in white except the dress? Too plain and no contrast?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have 2 choices. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) I change my necklace and belt to white.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Or &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) To buy a pair of black shoes and a new set of bangles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have limited money now and I got tired of shopping (I really am &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; ).             <title>Menstrual Pills</title>

            <description>Hi all, need your advice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am going for a trip on the 30th April to a island resort. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This month&amp;#39;s period just arrived (27th March). My period duration is normally 6 days. I now want the period to come early and stop on the 30th April. Therefore, I need the period to come on the 24th April now. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I know there is a pill to delay menstrual but is there any pills that make period comes early? Early for 3 to 4 days? I just want to know if this exist before I go to the pharmacist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anybody has experience in this kind of pill?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I do not want to take delay pills because I do not want to delay my period to the next month.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Appreciate all your advices and comments.</description>
