Need advise for insurance claim

Hi guys,

I need some advise as this is first time I going to claim other people insurance. I had accident at Jalan Cheras. That time was jam so I stopped my car and after a second a behind car bang onto my car. So we got down and my reverse sensor come out and the bumper a bit spoil but my reverse sensor had spoiled already. He come to tell me that my car was ok and no need repair. So my bf argue with him say must repair and either go his workshop or ours. He say he only pay Rm100 for it but for sure my bf not agreed that amount. Then come traffic police, the police ask us settle outside but that guy insist on giving RM100 only then my bf declined it. The guy accused us that we wanted to make rm5000 claim from him and quickly my bf say to police. He go a side and pass the Rm100 the police but the police didn't accept it. Then he get frustrated and tell us off to accept the RM100 if not report police and once report police we will not get any money from it. I called workshop, workshop told me only happen if the car no buy insurance. So my question is;

1) Can car don't buy insurance and if can don't buy insurance how to renew road tax?
2) If I get the police report and can I claim his insurance?
3) If I sent to repair at panel workshop, is it is my insurance paying my repair not his insurance pay my repair?

Thank you very much. By the way, the fellow admit his wrong at the police report.

found a bird

Hi, I found a bird which it couldn't fly and been attacked by cats hence I bring it home. Now the problem is I don't know the species, I bring it to the Yeoh Vet Clinic, Dr Yeoh also not very confirm the species. May I know where I give the bird to the local authority? As Dr Yeoh say the bird eat fish only... Thanks
