For those not familiar with milwaukee brand. It is a brand from US and the quality is comparable with bosch.

This m12 fcot is a 12V system using lithium battery. This fcot is using brushless motor which will last longer and give better power than brush motor. Lower loss compare to brush motor when loaded there will be no heat loss due to carbon contact like brushed motor.
Also if u never use milwaukee 12v system before, i have its 12v 6ah battery and charger to sell as a complete set as well.

Hi all, i'm from penang island here. i would like to collect all your unwanted/faulty/used laptop battery. At this moment, i'm not considering to buy from you guy. But if you going to throw/recycle your laptop, why not give me the battery?
I'm collecting the battery for recycling them into "power bank" for solar system.

Hi all,

my dad is buying a property and is in the middle of signing the SPA. however, in the SPA, it stated that we pay 3% to the lawyer firm for RPGT and the rest of 6% to the seller. i wonder is this a normal practice? My dad is a very traditional people which has stubborn head. according to my dad, he should paying all 9% to the seller only as the RPGT doesn't concern to us.

so my question is,
1. does the 3% to lawyer firm and 6% to seller is normal practice?
2. or we can choose to pay all 9% to the seller? will there any sub-sequences?

Hi guy, i need you all comment.
should i get the 920 first while waiting for the 930 to launch at malaysia?
My phone just dead, so i use back my nokia 1200.
however due to job, it need me to have whatsapp or wechat.
my last phone is nokia n9 which i dint have whatsapp or wechat at all.....
PS: i just join that company, which explain why i dont need whatsapp or wechat before this. My phone dead just a few day before i join that company.....

Item(s) conditions:good, still using. the CISS no nid worry for leaking or reverse flow, i installed it myself, make sure the flow won't flow back even if long time no using. the only things happen if long time not using is that the catridge head might clot. so just need to keep printing and head wash
