Backup and Sync from Google- Can't Connect

Hi Guys,

Would like to get some help on my network, whereby my Backup and Sync from Google (basically Google Drive) keeps showing "Can't Connect" on the taskbar. Using windows 10.

I can connect using my mobile hotspot, and my house WIFI, but can't be done in my office WIFI.

Anybody can help? Do inform if you need me to elaborate more..
