actually i am thinking to start a business or trade . So need some advice from genius /ktard about what the best business or trade that suit myself as well my area.Right now, i am still a full-time employee and this business@trade should be start as my side job or works to handle. Plan to apply personal loan as stater soon. My current working time is normal office hour but can be late up to 7pm also sometimes.

About my area, there were a lot of education institutions here. from primary school up to university. private or non private all were centralize here. Population here were students, family and outstation working guy. For me, that what i seeing and focusing as main point right now. Aside of that, there were also tesco mydin mall and kitmart here. fast food and franchise dont say.everything also were here.

so guys, any idea of what nature of business or trade that i can start here??come evry one free to say anything. thanks in advance.

I am going to pc fair later.so thinking to buy GPS device for my outstation navigation. Got good deal there or not?btw what is the best choice for GPS device?I know papago n Garmin only.is there any other good and reliable brand?my concern for the GPS tht I would buy as per below.
1) price not that high.maybe below Rm500?
2)easy to get access and lock location.
3)continues update n support for map.
4)have good coverage and detail location or others state in Malaysia such as location for Jb, ktn,peneng.
5)got ad much n many features with it?

ok.story goes like this.i just having conversation with my younger brother who still doing his matriculation right now. so from that, he told me that he no longer interested to continue his matriculation there since its very tough and lots of pressure(what he claim to me).please take note actually he was an excel student and doiing well in SPM(only b for add math). i really sad when i heard that since i also used to be at matriculation earlier but still can pass it. dono why kids nowdays always claim matriculation is like hell. i checked with him and confirmed his 1st result only came out in another 2 weeks. he also told me many of his frend cabut already. he said that he intent to continue study at private college like unikl and i argue him for that since for me its not worth to go there.i told him it would be better for him to just continue his matriculation until finish and dont bother much about the result. after that when the IPTA open ,just apply for diploma if that really the only the best he can do. but please avoid private IPTS since we only from the average family. sum more he only waste for this coming 6 month only(2nd sem finishing matriculation) if wait for IPTA application. is my action and advices were correct guy? please help me, it really burden me now and i must solve this issue.

any other thing, when normally IPTA (public university) open for application and intake?i mean from date today onward..and is the any kursus or stdy pakage(like cikgu and nurse) or even maktab perguruan that open for application right now??? i thnks i should guide him already..

please help me.of course mood kacau this night and cannot tido already...

any advices or feedback is very much appreciated.
