I notice that my SNR for upstream is pretty low. below 7 db, as a result, my internet speed is very slow cuz i get only 32-96kbps up speed. I have reported to TM on Tuesday regarding this matter, they sent their technician to check my setting, bt clearly, there is nth wrong wif my setting, i even try to plug my tel cable direct to tel socket to shows that it is not my problem. I asked them to send their physical line technician to check the cable that connect from my house to the Telekom pillar and switch box, bt they seems not willing to do so. Today i called them again, they reset my connection, and surprising it works, my upstream rate is bc to normal However few hours later, it keep dc n again the upstream rate left only 32 kbps . So what should I do now? report to TM again? Btw, may I noe what are the operating hours for 100 service fault service?
