i hv 2 condos n now plan to buy 1 landed... 1 bought in 2010 and appreciated about 100k, the loan is under 2 names with Hsbc, another bought in 2011 and appreciated 40k, the loan is under 1 name with public bank. due to ltv 70%, we plan to refinance the 1st loan to 1 name or sell the 2nd condos (1st condo have more potential than 2nd one so wanted to keep it). the problem is both condo still under lock in period and we actually din make profit if sell the 2nd condo. how much cost involved for refinancing the 1st condo?
what will u do if u were me?

how to renew tenancy agreement

hi if anyone know is it possible to renew the tenancy agreement if my original tenancy agreement didn't state that it's 1+1 (it only state that the tenure is 1 yr)? or i hv to draw a new tenancy agreement and re-stamp it again???

hi i saw a new signboard at the junction near bukit tinggi biz park that there is a retail outlet by WCT, but it's not aeon jusco. Search WCT website but can't find anything.
Anyone have idea where is the retail outlet and where is it? Is it the existing one (doesnt seems like) or upcoming project?

refinance or settle loan?

i have a joint loan with my spouse which was started 1.5yrs ago with Hsbx. Due to ltv 70% ruling, we are now looking forward to either refinance or settle the loan as each of us have another house under our name. we plan to buy 1 more house next yr.
wana get advice whether we should settle the loan or refinance?

if settle loan... we will have to pay penalty for early settlement of loan and have very tight purse next yr. Probably we'll only have enuf money for 1 more house toward end of next yr but the house i wanted to buy is expected to launch early next yr
if refinance... can we change the joint loan to either 1 of us so that we still qualify for the 90% loan? do we still have to pay penalty or can just continue the tenure from the previous loan?

Refinancing before lock-in period

hi, have an apartment where the loan is joint btw me and my spouse. Now i wanted to change the loan to 1 name due to ltv 70% thingy. so the problem is,can i do refinancing by changing the the loan from 2 person names to 1 person. if i can change, do i need to pay penalty since it's still under lock-in period, or can i continue the lock-in period from previous loan?
think this is very complicated, can any sifu and agents help? the loan is under hxbc.
