My motherboard keeps breaking down

My motherboard keeps breaking down, the first few times i was still under warranty. but not anymore.

I don't have any idea why because my system if spoil oso i will change with the same spec but there is like its no longer compatible.
other things that also always rosak is the power supply.
everything else is working well even after change.

spec of pc, forgotten coz i'm not at home right now. at school 2 states away.
was using them standard intel ones(the one always rosak) the shop not giving positive feedback except just helping me sending the board to supplier.

should i change to higher power supply and a better motherboard.
what is a better motherboard? them things go outdated too fast.

[addedon]January 15, 2011, 5:31 pm[/addedon]and it breaks down only after a week or so after getting it back.
