video flickering in 120hz mode

hi , all

i do have one monitor which have no issue to use 120hz mode in windows.
but i do found the video generate flickering while playing some mkv files , video source are 25fps .
now i temporary use this monitor in 60 fps.

what could be wrong in my setup?

please check on this setup.

eth.0.500 mac address is my wan mac
eth.0 mac address is my lan mac.

vlan 1 is my port that i connect . and you can see the upper right that prove i got wan ip.

but , with this setup.

i can only browse to google.com, youtube.com and maybe some website i don't know.
other than that it will failed.
but weird part is i can use ping to ping any website, and the ping return good result.
just i can't browse these webpage.

not sure what i do wrong because is been few year i didn't use ddwrt and i come back recently.

VOLTE on unsupported device?

I do have one rooted phone with VOLTE ready. I do read some article on xda about making onePlus 6 to activate VOLTE on telco DIGI. if that can be done, other phone should have some way to mimic our phone as supported phone?

DO you all know how to make it work ?

i do try some work as changing IMEI of my phone to supported phone imei . But is not working .
Does it relate to build.prop editing ? i never touch that , is there any thing i overlook ?

help to replace fuse for logitech z-2300

my logitech z2300 fuse were blown.
i would like to buy another t2a fuse for it . but in the website http://my.rs-online.com/
there is few type of same level but different diameter fuse.
i am very confuse because i don't know the actual size.
anyone mind to share the correct size for this model?

what will happen if i put in f2al fuse?
