Desktop suddenly kong......

I need advise and suggestion about the problem. Today turned on my desktop and suddenly heard "beep beep" and then nothing else. No video output, fan is working, hard disk is spinning.
Tried remove one of the RAM and restart doesn't solve the problem, remove the other one also the same...... 2 beeps indicate memory problem right? or the mb kong d...... I just dismantle the desktop and clean it up.

I tried to find the length of SAPPHIRE HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 on sapphire website but the info is not there

Does anyone know whether this GC can fit into Thermatake V3?
