Comparison of Waste Disposal System

Hi,

Just wanna understand on the overall waste disposal system in Malaysia's high rise residential.

So far what I see from the youtube those VP are the generic waste disposal; where there will be a bin or two located on the refuse room and the cleaner will clear it daily by transporting it from each floor to the main refuse centre for disposal.

So far any other waste disposal system; like in Singapore for E.g. where it's centralised where all owners can just open the bin cover an throw the rubbish. And the rubbish will be collected at the ground floor. That I have not seen that yet.

Contents in the SPA

Just got an e-copy of SPA for review. Can I check if electrical appliances (airconds and digital lock door) and partial furnishing items are also listed inside the SPA as part of the Developers inclusion too? I see the SPA didn’t mentioned any of those.

Responding to misinformed prices

I made a booking for the unit I’m interested after gotten all the information from the Salesperson. At first the salesperson provide the nett price after rebate. And we agreed on this. But after I made the booking (as in transfer to the developer), then they say they made mistake on the rebate ( it was 1% lesser) . In that case how should I responding. 1% extra fork out isn’t a small amount though for me at least.
