Can not boot

I was trying to boot my secondary comp but it wasn't working. Previously, a few days ago, I sent it to a shop to fix and they said my motherboard was faulty(the ram was blazing hot during usage). After replacing it, they said my graphic card was having problems instead. So i tried reformatting it myself. During boot, the motherboard picture flicks up, and everything is blank after that. No blue screen, no indications of any sort, nothing. Thinking it might be the hdd's problem, I set it in my main comp, formatted the whole drive, and placed it back into my secondary comp. the same problem persisted. I removed my graphics card, using the internal Nvidia 7025 and still the same problem occurred. Any help guys?
