Wifi Not Working

Hi guys,

Hope you can help me. I have been having this problem where my devices, handphones and laptop cannot to the my own wifi network (using Streamyx 1mb). I have reboot/reset the router but problem still persist. It started out allowing me to connect via wifi on and off. Now totally cannot. TMs support always tell me to do the same thing everytime I call.

1. Can connect to internet via LAN cable
2. Can see the wifi network name but cannot connect (m sure the WEP entered is correct)
3. Settings based on TMs instruction and it worked before

Is this a sign that the wifi router have KO?

Please advise. Thanks.
Car Wash Bay Facilities

Hi guys,

I ll go straigh to the point. Most of us in Klang Valley stay in a strata property (ie. condo, apartment etc.) and I have always wondered whether developers are required (by law/mandatory) to provide a designated car wash bay(s) for residents to use irregardless of alternative paid cleaning services (commonly guys in bicycles with the water bin) being offered in the property. On top of this, can the Management/JMB have the right to refuse access to the facility if it exist in the property?

I believe its good to know, us as house buyers/residents of our basic given facilities.

I have been trying to do some research on this but honestly couldnt find any.

There are some properties which from start do mention of such facilities from low to high end.

Just trying to ascertain if it is a given right.

Please do share if you have experience or came accross some guideline/act which does mention it.

Thanks.
