Mont Kiara vs Seputeh

Guys,

Just to get some view on these two locations.
We all know that Mont Kiara has a lot of development ongoing at the moment and the property prices are crazy.
While Seputeh is an old and quiet area situated right next to Mid Valley, but somehow less noticed by investors so the prices there is still relatively cheaper.

The condo in Mont Kiara is between RM 500-RM 700 psf or maybe higher (correct me if I am wrong) as these are through my own research. While condo in Seputeh is between RM 400-RM 600 psf (again correct me if I am wrong).

As an investor point of view, would you rather go in to Mont Kiara or Seputeh?
And if you are buying for own use, would you choose Mont Kiara or Seputeh?

Somehow I like Seputeh area since it's overseeing Mid Valley and Bangsar at the back. But don't know would it be good to invest in Seputeh. It gives me a feel of.....OLD.....haha

Any opinions are welcome!!!
