Problem of the hotlink red app for cc payment

Just now using my Amex credit card end 5127 to topup my hotlink prepaid card on 2052h today(26/11/17)
Cc transaction successful but fail to topup.

Call the customer service using my maxis postpaid number
unable to solve the problem and poor customer service...

Thinking for port out for deserve better customer service..
