Aussies are rude?

I visited Perth Australia last week. It was a nice place, really really family friendly as it was full of parks (less shopping malls hehe) and the public infrastructures are very convenient. Those who have been there before I'm sure will agree.

Just one little not so friendly experience throughout the week whilst I was there.

It was at one of the train station. While waiting for the train, I was playing my mobile game with my iphone. As the train arrived, the passengers start to disembarked on one side so I just went in the other end.
One of the local Aussie there(a passenger himself) stop me right on my track and gave me a hard push until I almost fall to the ground. Then he told his friend "This guys all knows nothing about Australia".
I muka pucat dunno how to react already. Embarassed

I know it's my fault that I didn't let all ppl disembarked first but there are plenty of space as the entry point was quite wide. Can probably just told me to stop and let ppl exit first (since we are in a English speaking country anyway) rather than push me like that

I know they are very rough and direct but this is really one hell of an experience.
