            <description>hey guys&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;recently i just got my key for new property, this property already late delivery for more than 3 months based on SNP 36 months.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;but next week i am going to sign SNP to sell my property to other buyer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so my question is, can i still claim LAD from developer for delay handover the key to me?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hope all with same experience can enlighten me...</description>

            <description>i come across this in my mind...let&amp;#39;s say the price is the same, built up is the same, both also condos, both also at klang valley, almost same distance to kl city center, just one is new design with full facilities but the area is full with low cost flats and not luxury, one is old and outdated design with some basic facilities but at very luxury places surrounded by all high end properties and most people here are rich ppl...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;will you chose a new luxury condo at run down area?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(the most high end condo but surrounded with low cost flat, and lots of mat rempit....of course this condo is the most outstanding condo at this area...)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;or you will chose old and outdated condo at luxury area?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(the lousiest condo at luxury area,let&amp;#39;s say mont kiara)....</description>

            <description>hi, all taikors&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i wanna ask ur opinion on these 2 properties, which one is better in terms on rental and also price appreciation in near future(next 10 years)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;D&amp;#39;alamanda&lt;br /&gt;at cheras maluri, &lt;br /&gt;leasehold left around 95 years, &lt;br /&gt;walking distance 500m to Maluri LRT Station, future gt MRT station&lt;br /&gt;nearby gt jusco maluri and future sunway veloctiy (walking distance can reach) and and future new ikea mall, &lt;br /&gt;10-20 minutes driving distance to bukit bintang and time square.&lt;br /&gt;full condo facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, small gofl field, squash, wifi room, small theather), all functioned well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 bedrooms mid floor unit 916 sqf at 340k, face kl.&lt;br /&gt;rental is around 1.5k above at this moment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bukit OUG condo&lt;br /&gt;at OUG&lt;br /&gt;freehold&lt;br /&gt;walking distance 200m  to future LRT station&lt;br /&gt;nearby dun hv any shopping mall, but heard that WCT is going to built a new shopping mall nearby, around 15 min drive.&lt;br /&gt;drive to kl center is quite far and jam, only can depend on future LRT&lt;br /&gt;facilities( swimming pool, large garden, sauna, tennis court, gym) not really well maintain, the building looks run down too, but heard that refurbish is undergoing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 bedrooms mid floor unit 1222 sqf at 280k.&lt;br /&gt;rental is around 1.2k at this moment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;which one is better?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;need your opinion..</description>

            <description>This jalan dutamas raya is not longer become part of segambut, more like a new area which neighbourhood with mont kiara and sri hatamas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The average price for the condo along this road are from 250 to 350psf . (new such as changkat view, villa makmur and anggun puri, old like duta ria, menara duta and prima duta).  all are quite well maintain and the price are half if comapre to MK and hartamas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;with the completion of Sunrise major commercial project Solaris dutamas, all other major developers start to develop project at this area...including mah sing icon residence and now IJM and BRDB new condo project.
