The campaign was held from 29/9/14 til 1/10/14.<br /><br />The first time I call, groupon customer service told me that I&#39;m purchased through normal link, not &quot;my cyber sale&quot; link therefore no credit given. But I&#39;m very sure I do it right because I even call them for the steps of purchase before my purchases. The second time I call them (just immediate after first call because they just hang my 1st call up after the ridiculous reason), they said that item (a bread and jam maker ) is not under the campaign, so no credit given unless I can provide evidence such as <span style='color:red'>print screen of the bread maker under &quot;my cyber sale&quot; banner.</span><br /><br />So does anybody has the print screen? Can you send me a copy.
