Macbook Pro 13' screen problem (w/pix)

wonder if anyone having the same issue i have, been using it about 1 year 6 month plus, my MBP 13 screen suddenly appear some odd vertical line and can't see anything but just the bright white light

i'm currently using an external monitor for temp use, just wondering if its the LED/LCD problems or the GPU ?

any recommended place where about to get the LCD fix, since i do not have apple care plan, any reliable service i can get it fix ?

Logitech X-530 VS Creative M5300?

i love to have good speaker, previously i use to own many good 2.1 speaker, coz i have a new room now so i plan to have a 5.1 speaker to allow the whole room being surround.

i know there are many good 5.1 out there especially logitech 5500 but as for tight budget, i wish to know which is better comparing with this two speaker above

heard a lot that logitech having prob like sub woofer blow etc, creative i'm not sure coz seems like not many owning it, yet ?

my main purpose is to listen to music, i dun need boom boom speaker, i know logitech have bigger watt 70 compare to creative, just that logitech makes me feel like no confident on it (since many bad feedback), my room is about 100++ square feet

anyone experience before ? my budget below RM500, beside this two wat else is best recomm ?

Need HELP!

recently i receive ringtone everyday at evening around 8pm times, i don't know why, cause i never register or download any ringtone before, i never have this prob when using N 6510, once i change to N 2630, the ring tone keep sending to me, and i suspect THEY DEDUCT MY CREDIT !! and there is no number appear in my hp but just said "TONE RECEIVE".

anyone face this prob before ? i'm using maxis hotlink prepaid, no idea on how to cancel this

PS: at least they send me some nicer ringtone, those ring tone they send WERE SUCKS !!

missing dal.hall, ext HDD crash

Hi,

hope to get some help from expert here

Case 1:

when i start my comp, it shows that my hal.dll in windows\system32 had missing or corrupted(so it dun allow to go in windows), so i visit to website and follow the instruction to fix the prob

fix the boot.ini, recopy and replace the hal.dll, and etc

but still, i couldnt start my comp and appear the same error msg

ok, heres the serious prob,

1. i wan to use my ori WinXp CD to do recover, but my optical drive got prob which i can read CD at all ! but DVD can.. (i just hope i can get a DVD with bootable)

2. i use my HDD as external, try to recover back the prob with using another PC, but i did all step like fixboot, chkdsk, and etc... prob still the same

Case 2: (most important issue i care the most)

i use my ext HDD like usual yday nite, but this morning suddent it doesnt appear the driver in My Computer, so i remove and install back again, and i suddently hear "tick...tick..tick.. " sound, sounds like its dead... rite ?

my Question is, i have a lot a lot of precious photo inside, would i be able to get it back ? and how can i fix the HDD ? send back to the place i bought ? will they able to recover all my data inside ?

i feel like a WORSE day i ever have... plz help me
