Is it safe to plug in 2 4-slots multi plugs into a wall plug with all the multi plugs' slots used? Coz sometimes i hear the electric "zzzzzz" sound and power cut off from the plug.. then need to turn off and switch on the wall plug again..

Hey sifus sifus over here, need to ask u guys something.. basically my rig and other stuffs are connected to 2 4slots-multi plug adapter, then the 2 multi plugs are connected to a voltage regulator and then into a wall plug.. sometimes there's a minor cut off of power (a second then resume of power) for all the electronic stuffs connected to the multi plugs.. its kidda bothering as i always need to restart my pc.. so what are the problems and what can i do to fix this?

Hey sifus... need help on solving my problem.. was updating my apps on market then updates are downloaded but unable to be updated... den tried uninstall the app and reinstall it but still can download cannot install..
