Hi forumer,

I will soon be moving out and plan to get an internet plan that suits a-single-working adult the best. I won't be using too heavily on weekdays (will only use after 7pm) and will be using more on weekends.

I am staying alone and don't download stuffs frequently but will watch video online especially during weekends.

Can any of you recommend the internet that suits be the best?

Hi forumer, did any of you engaged interior designer to design your house prior to renovation? Or just deal direct with the renovation contractor on the concept that you want?

just wonder how do all of you normally engage with interior designer when you want to renovate your house? How much normally the designer will charge? Just design the interior, doesn't include Reno.

I have attended an interview two weeks ago, for a job which I am very interested. The interviewers told me that they will get back to me on the decision after two weeks...nw the two weeks have passed and I have yet to hear anything from them...

Is it appropriate for me to follow up with them on the status? Or it will show that I am too desperate?

If I can follow up with them, in which form I should contact them? Phone call or email? I don't have the contact of the hr can I call the director straight?

Is CFA needs working experience?

I am planning to take cfa qualification.

Just want to check a few things:-
1) do we need working experience to take cfa...in the website, they state that need at least 4 years working experience in order to qualify...but I heard some said no need...so which one is right?

Hi I am considering these two universities to study my MBA.

I started working two and half years ago (Oct 2009) as a Bank Executive and thinking of further my studies on this October when I have got at least three years working experience.

I have browsed through their website and found that they have similar entry requirement which include:-

1) At least a second upper at Bachelor's Degree Level
2) At least three years full-time leadership/professional working experience normally gained since graduated from undergraduate

I had obtained first class honours in my first degree so the first criteria is not an issue for me.

My doubt is whether working as a Bank Executive can be considered as "professional working experience" or not? Besides, do i meet the 'three years' working experience if I wanna apply now? (I will only be having a complete three-year working experience when the classes commence this October, not at the point when I wanna apply which is now). Or I shall wait for next years or a few more years before I further my MBA studies. Personally I wish to complete it as young as possible due to several reasons.

One more thing, which one will you choose if you are given two options whether to study MBA at University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus or University Of Strathclyde conducted by CDC Management?

I hope anyone and everyone of you out here could give your valuable opinions and advice!

I am thinking of buying a blackberry phone...thinking of either buying 9900 or 9790...but I know OS7 is the last OS series already...Blackberry would be adopting QNX for its new phones set to launch early next year...so my dilemma now is whether to buy 9900, 9790 or wait for the new one to come out...

I am planning to get the blackberry plan under maxis's BIS standard...the phone price would be rm1830 with RM55 monthly contract for the data plan (500MB) for 12 months...may i know how long can 500MB last? I am not a heavy internet user...would only use roughly 1 hour per day...

and is it ok if i keep my data on all the time?
