[HELP] How to recover files .LOCKED

hi all,
could u please help me as im having some sort of issues with all my files in my laptop.
all my file (.pdf @ .doc @ .xls @ .png @ .mp4) suddenly changed to .LOCKED
how to recover all these files?
does anyone encounter same problem with me?
how to solve these issues?

hello n i'm new in playstation network, i've downloaded the playstation home, n already install it... but whenever i try to access playstation home, i kept getting connection error, but i dun think my connection is the one that has problem, because when i play multiplayer there is no issue at all. only playstation home. do need explanation from u guys thanks

if we convert $14.99 in RM it is just RM48.00
cheaper than the playstation store price....
