Buying house from mum and aunt

My mum and aunt owned a serviced condo. I have been paying half d loan for the house since my mum no longer working together with my aunt. Now my aunt intend to sell her portion to me. I wanted to do transfer of title from my mum to my name too. And takeover my aunt’s portion at the same time.
Any idea how I can proceed to do so?
Heard of transfer of property title under kasih sayang (love and affection) but only half of the house title belongs to my mum. Can I still proceed with this?
Can someone advice which is the first step for me now ?
Engage solicitor ? Or find a bank to get loan first?

Looking for some cost savings on getting the transfer of title done. (Save in MoT and etc )

New job start date dilemma

I just got a new job offer.
During interview, already inform the employer that i need 2 month notice period.
however, they give me the offer letter on 20.4 (late evening) through email sumore with joining date on 18.6 which is less than 2month.
20.4 is friday ,so if i tender today, i still can only leave my current co on 22.6

I told the HR that I will tender after i sign the offer letter. But she insist me to sign on the soft copy and then tender.

my question is:-
1) should i sign on the offer letter with a date that i cannot commit if my current company will early release me (using my offset leaves)
2) should I ask d new co to amend the start date first before I sign?

3) does my current co has the right to stop me from offsetting my leaves?

Pls help.

Fate of Abandoned House Buyer

Dear Sifus,

I need some advise here.
I am one of the unfortunate buyers for an abandoned condo project in USJ. The project had been abandoned for almost 14 years.
2 years back, a so called white knight has came to revived the project.
They have requested for a top up of 25%. And now that it's near to getting VP, we were informed that there is no parking for the residence. Each parking lot is sold at RM 30k or rental at RM120 per month.
We have been paying the interest on the abandoned unit for almost 10 years as the project was abandoned when it was 50-60% completed. We are the one who has been suffering for more than past 10 years. And this so-called white knight now is adding salt to the wound.

1) Does anyone know if there is laws that protect the house buyers to own at least 1 parking lot for free for each unit?
2) Can we as house buyers fight for our right to own at least 1 parking for free?

It's not a small sum and monthly rental is high too.
Hope someone can advise how we can do this.

A number of purchasers now is planning to engage the lawyer to help fight this war. Is there any other way we can do it ..mayb getting help of any authority?

Service Tax & Govt Tax charges`

Wondering how the service tax (10%) and govt tax (6%) will be charged. Is it based on the final amount due to be paid (after discount) or the initial price of the product/ item?

Well, I have a scenario here.
I bought a coupon from the website for RM10 for food worth of RM50.
And when I call for reservation, the waiter told me that the bill will be subjected to 16% tax.
I wonder how will this be coming up to. Is it 16% x RM50 worth of food price? or 16% x RM10 (since I only pay RM 10 for the voucher).
Let's say I didn't make any extra order on that day.
Any has ever encounter such situation?
