i am looking high and low to buy only ''Panasonic Brand'' Projector (reason is bcoz it will do auto adjustment which the warm up/set up is very fast, no extra setting required, very user friendly),

my location is near Sunway Pyramid, budget not exceed RM2k. i m eyeing the PT-LW321 and PT-LW271 model (i also did online research already regarding this two models spec and reviews),

i come across this two models is bcoz i saw an ad in the star newspaper that was publish by www.klgraphic.com.my, but when i call up the shop, the person that pick up my call seems not able to provide me with more detail information...

i wish to seek advice and help please, any shop tht is near Subang Jaya or Sunway Pyramid or Puchong area, is there any shop that carries and sell the ''Panasonic Brand'' Projector which i am able to visit the shop to see the actual projector before i make the purchase...

Let me start with two examples,

(1)myself bot a unit in Kiara Ville Mont Kiara early year 2009 @ RM990k, renting out now @ RM6950 per mth, now property prices have increase and my renting returns also consider ok even the BLR has increase

(2) my fren bot desa park city 3 units of terrace 3 storey under zenia project for rm1mill each, he bot almost same period as me, i heard that he sold of 1unit recently @ RM2.1mill, nett make a good profit return about double, so he nett holding only 2units now, but i kira atleast one unit consider paid off frm the profits make, i consider this is a good succesfull story

so all the real estate sifu come share ur story, location u bot, holding period how long, what is the rental returns...
