Diiimn is a seller providing a Cheap and Fast US Item Import Bulk Service as per his thread here:

On 26th August 2014, an amount of RM413.37 was transferred online to his Maybank account for the purchase of New Balance Shoes. Seller informed me that my goods ETA is 5-6 weeks. So technically i should have received my goods in Mid October 2014. On 17th October 2014, seller informed that the batch of order (my item plus other buyers) has been withheld by the Malaysian customs possibly due to liquid items. If liquid items cant pass through the customs, then why did he even order in the first place? And i do not think it will take 2 weeks to clear customs. I asked him for evidence but my question was not answered.

As a buyer, it has been very time consuming for me to keep chasing him for updates via Lowyat PM. And response has been very few in between. I have Pm'ed him for the last few days with no response. Clearly the seller is seen to be online and has been bumping his thread. This shows that he is an irresponsible seller and avoiding my messages via lowyat.

His last message to me was on 22nd October 2014.

Dear forumers, I need to hear your advise on this matter.

Seller responded to my pm insisting me to take down his name and Maybank account from the resolution post. I did inbox him of my actions, informing him beforehand before I posted. But he never responded. So as a gesture I have removed his name from the post.

He even had the audacity to threaten that if I don't remove his name and account number, he will post my name, address and phone number. I asked for his number as I'm sick and tired of checking on the website constantly for updates. But number was not given. I even told him to text, whatsapp and call me! But none received so far.

I find it amusing that I did not commit any wrong doings and was deemed as a wrong party here. He has been evading my questions to enquire on updates of my items.

I guess I will consolidate all the messages and attach in this thread later.

Hope to hear advise from you guys.

Details of the complaint :

SEPT 17 - I made payment to seller for the purchase of Iphone 4 and requested for postage option.

After payment made, seller told me he will post the item on SEPT 20th. I contacted him through the forum on SEPT 20th and he said encountering some slight delays in posting the item. He said he will post on Friday 27th SEPT.

SEPT 27 - Seller told me he will post out the phone and assured me that i will receive the item the following monday which is SEPT 23. Still reluctant to provide tracking number upon several pm.

SEPT 30 - Seller claimed item have been posted and tracking number unable to be provided due to receipt lost.

OCT 2 - Seller asked "havent received yet? I'll check for you. Give me a moment." And requested me for my address which has been provided on the day i made payment.

Up till today i have not received the phone. I already file for paypal for dispute and resolution. Now awaiting seller response before paypal can refund me back the amount. Clearly, if the seller can't deliver, at least have the courtesy to go to paypal and admit your mistake so i can get my money back sooner.

Details of the complaint : Sold me a fake s2 & gave me the assurance that its 100% genuine
AMOUNT RM850
Tried contacting him numerous times through SMS, WHATSAPP and PM @ LOWYAT.
No response at all.

Totally irresponsible. I believe he knew his phone is already fake and tried to sell off as genuine.

Update:

Dear forumers. It was my haste decision to report the seller without giving him much ample time to respond. He was sleeping and he immediately contacted me upon waking up.

I thank you for this and sorry for causing any grief whatsoever.

It was the buyer's first android phone and since we have settled this amicably, i want to close this thread.
