My NETWORK CARD is not working

Hey guys i need help here...Im using Vista Ultimate... previously my on board NIC already burned ... so i replace it with my old network card ( Realtek RTL8139/810x family fast ethernet NIC ) .. the problem is it takes very long to connect into the internet ( identifying network ) at the first 2 days... now it totally stop from connecting ( Unidentified Network ) ( access: Limited Connectivity ) ( Connection: Local Area Connection ) ... I've tried to update the driver it works... but after i restart my comp same problem again...

any1 can help me with this problem??

should i get a new Network card? which network card should i get for better internet speed?

how to on fullscreen in NFS SHIFT

my NFS SHIFT suddenly pop out to windows mode and i dunno how to change it back to fullscreen. before this was alright...
video setting is already fullscreen but its still in windows mode...

can someone help me out wit dis???

Games keep Popping out

Few of my games like (L4D,flatout 2,RA3,NFS undercover) keep popping out after i run the games....popping out as in ALT + TAB kinda pop out( BUT THE GAME IS STILL RUNNNING)...
can i noe whats the problem wit my games? before dis all the games as i stated there no problem playing at all....im using window vista ultimate anyway....
