First/second hand car?

Good Day Peeps!

I need some help/solution/advice on my new car (and some life advise too).

A little bio for myself:
23-yo, I have an unstable income from 5K - 10k/month (depending on project), my parent is on a lot of debt, I haven’t own any property yet and wish to have one in this year (worrying my money management, I’m a big spender 2.5k - 3k/month). My income is unstable, approximately 8k/month.

Reasons to buy a new car:
I am working freelance. If that particular month has lesser project, I would like to have a car for me to earn extra cash in UBER/GRAB (perhaps, can be paid for the car). Thirdly, when i have projects, i might need to fetch my colleagues, I want them to feel comfortable while going to work and back from work. I am working very hard almost everyday, and i need a comfty car to relax while driving, (at least my butt wont be hurting after sitting in the jam everyday). BTW, i really need a car asap because i have a lot of free days this coming weeks.

Problem:
I owned a Gen-2 (2012) borrowed from my uncle, my mom & dad goes to work together and currently driving a very old iswara. The iswara is too old and hard to maintain and I wished to buy a second hand car for their comfort driving.

Solution 1:
Buy a second hand Suzuki Swift (Roughly 20K+) for them. Paying full without problem but will hurt my savings.

Solution 2:
Buy a new/second hand car so my Gen-2 can be passed to my parents. Am currently eyeing on (Mvyi 2018, Honda City 2016 V Spec/Mazda 2 2016). I personally preferred solution 2 because I can drive the car for extra cash (Uber/Grab). Oh, I preferred Honda City 2016 V Specs.

Eyeing On:
1. Myvi 2018 - Great car for me, but have to wait for at least 3 months for the highest specs
2. Honda City 2016 - Preferred this car for comfty, looks?
3. Mazda 2 2016 - My alternate choice, it looks sporty too.
4. Honda Civic 2016 - II & only IF i can have a stable income of 10k/mth i’ll definitely getting this beast.
5. Pugueot 208 2016 - about 40K but received advice saying spare parts is exp
6. Bezza 2018 - just don’t feel comfty to me

[SOLVED] Maxis Fibre No Internet Connection

As mentioned above, My maxis fibre is not able to connect to the internet. I accidentally clicked on update my maxis gateway by curious and ended up no internet connection. Been through maxis forum and applied the solution as below but all ain't working

Condition:
- Account is not banned
- LAN 2 to WAN confirmed
- No light on INTERNET from the router
- mInternet is not able to connect

MAJOR PROBLEM:
- unable to connect to the mInternet
- Concentrator not reachable

TRIED METHOD 1:
Restart Modem + Router

TRIED METHOD 2:
Reset Modem + Router

TRIED METHOD 3:
Managed Maxis Gateway but still unable to connect to mInternet
Username -> 192303@home.maxis.com.my
Password -> +1

SOLUTION:
set TM in maxis gateway when setting up (by default is maxis)
