Hi,

I am currently having a mind block for my upcoming job. Basically, I will be appointed as Event Manager cum Facility Manager for this place which is not very well known. I am suppose to write in a proposal for 2 to 5 years contract.

The job is to promote and market the place and get more traffic and awareness to it.

Therefore, I was thinking of getting feedbacks and brain juice from LYNetters.

I am a chinese in my early 30, self-employed and earning 5 figures monthly in average. I am a workaholic and aggressive type of guy in my persuading career. Currently, I am in a dilemma of choosing which girl I should be with. I want to have my own family, I am not young anymore but I don't think any of these girls suit me.

Girl 1: The Angel

An ex-stewardess for Air Asia, the flowerpot. Can speaks and write in English, Bahasa & Thai. A multilingual girl. She is pretty, she is hot and I like talking to her most out of 3 girls.

The problem is she is a muslim & I didn't love her that much to an extend I would convert for her.

Girl 2: The Millionaire Daughter

A golden daughter of a very rich man who is suppose to be a successor for his dad's empire.

I don't like her as she used to lie to me and she is spoil in a way, whatever she want; she must get type of girl.

Girl 3: The Diplomat

An officer working in Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A diplomat girl. Nice, interesting, knowledgeable with her own charms. I find her 2nd most attractive out of the 3 girls.

The problem is that she currently have a BF but I think if I could commit to her, she would break up with him to be with me. She would definitely be a perfect choice if not because of this.

All the girls are good looking, attractive, hardworking & they can cook. Which would you choose?

Marry Girl 1 and convert to Muslim, then I would have additional 3 more space to marry No. 2 & No. 3 with another 1 more slot to fill up. This won't work because none of the girls would agree with it.

F & B Biznes

I am thinking of venturing in F & B biznes.

My simple biz-plan is as following:-

1. Cook from home, it will be 1 type of menu dish (example: nasi lemak)
2. Bring it to sell in food court
3. Take order from office and then deliver it daily (delivery only within 20km range)

Target Market: Student or office worker

My Cost: home rental, raw material, delivery petrol

Currently my problem is, how do I start? I had no idea on the expenses of rental a lot in food court or who to contact. Any advice?

Do you think it will work and what I need to consider before decided to venture fully into this biznes?

She was subsequently appointed Minister of Tourism in Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's new cabinet on 9 April 2009.
Ng sparked an uproar in South East Asia, particularly among Singaporeans, for staking claims on food such as Laksa, Bak kut teh, Hainanese Chicken Rice and Chilli crab as uniquely Malaysia on September 2009 even though historical evidences have traced the origins of the food to elsewhere or shared among the neighbouring country.[6] It was widely believed that her true intention was to garner attention in the wider community and likely to face legal issues if she continues to stake claims of the food. When she was asked about the uproar, she said she was surprised and was adamant on attracting tourists with the food, saying: "We cannot continue to let other countries hijack our food. We have to lay claim to our food."[7]

Also, other papers have noted it would be highly difficult for Malaysia to brand these foods to their own, as tourists feel some food items originate from other areas and there are many unique variations.[citation needed] Several people also express concern and are highly critical over her remarks and warn lawsuits and prompt legal action against her could surface.[citation needed]

In October 2010 her it was revealed that the Tourism Ministry travel expenses ballooned by 40 per cent since 2008. This included RM1.6 million in 2009 and RM1.7 million in 2010 to date. This drew heavy critism with accusations of her being more of a tourist than the Minister of Tourism. Some examples include a RM793,000 three day trip to Moscow, RM90000 three day trip to Singapore and a seven day RM431000 trip to the Chelsea Flower Show.[8]

I am wondering if you guys are taking any health product. If so, please share some knowledge of which product you are having and your recommendation.

I am currently taking CNI Royal Ginkygo Baloba & Brand Chicken Essence as daily early morning intakes & foot detox patch at night.

Bumped into a LUMINE (http://www.luminecompany.jp/) booth yesterday in one of their road show. Its a ribena berry type of product whereby it is said to revive and unblock blood circulation blockage. Anyone tried or know about this product?

Am missing my ex-gf badly. We broke up for more than 4 years now but I still couldn't forget about her. We've spend a lot of up and down during 2 yrs+ relationship.

The reason of us breaking up was because I've been spanared by my close friend then, who is already with his gf for 4 yrs+

After our breakup, both of us got into few relationship and I am not sure if she is in a relationship now.

As for myself, it seems like the more I am running away from her; the more I tell myself to move on .... the more i came back to thinking of her.

Between these 2 scenarios, which one is better?

Scenario 1: What do you think about working for others with stable income and earning let say 3K a month. In this way, u will earn stable 18K in 6 months.

Scenario 2: Been slacking around and waiting for the right time (approximately 4 to 5 mths), work for a month and earn approx. 20K? Within the period of slacking, if you could nail another project, u will earn at least another 10K. Therefore, within half year. You actually need to work 1 month in 6 months to earn approx. 30K. Anyway, within those period. Any expenses that occur, you have to bare it 1st.

And let say, its not your option to work for others and at the same time work on the project in scenario 2.

Thai transsexuals were overjoyed as new airline P.C. Air yesterday took air hostess job applications from "third sex" candidates at Bangkok's Esplanade shopping mall.

After passing the preliminary round, the transsexuals will undergo training along with female air-hostesses and will have a "third sex" name tag pinned to their uniform to avoid immigration issues, Shan explained.

The first batch of successful candidates consisted of 17 women, 10 men and three transsexuals.

Miss Tiffany 2007 winner Thanyarat, 23, said she was overjoyed to get the chance she had longed for.

"At first I thought they would just take applications but not actually recruit us, as happened at other places before," she said.

Another transsexual applicant, Panthakan Sri-ngern, 24, said she once applied for a hostess position at another airline but wasn't chosen. She said a friend who worked there later told her she was rejected because she was transsexual. She felt devastated by the discrimination.

Panthakan, who has a hospitality and tourism degree from Kasetsart University, said this time she hoped to succeed and was glad Thai society was now giving more opportunities to transsexuals.
