Illegear Laguna SE Battery Replacement

My Illegear Laguna SE (i7-9750H+RTX2070) battery bloated again (1st one was still within warranty so manage to get free replacement but now that replacement also bloated... ) so anyone know a good quality replacement for this?

Mcdonald Chicken Foldover packing... microwavable?

Would like to ask if anyone here did try to heat up the Mcdonald Chicken Foldover along with its' original packaging with a microwave? Tried to search online but no luck, don't really dare to try as I'm planning to use the microwave at my work place for this as I don't want to burn the whole place down...

Ok, here's my dilemma... I'm a Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree graduate, I'm now working as a Production Engineer in a Japanese company that is involved in grinding of aluminum disc which the product is later sold to HDD maker like FujiElectric/Seagate/Western.D to make the final product. And the dilemma that I'm facing now is that my work field is more mechanical based, but to be honest i'm hoping to get a engineering position which is more software based like BIOS/Firmware or Software Test/Validation Engineer... So lets just say that if I work for my current position as Production Engineer for about 1 year+ then I want to switch my job to like BIOS/Firmware/Software Test Engineer, do you think that will the employer will somehow take my past experience of Production Engineer to be not suitable for the jobs like BIOS/Firmware/Software Test Engineer?
