So i tried to use freecad. A bit different with alibre / catia. I dont really know how to use the freecad.

Hi. I already sign s&p with the lawyer last month. Then last friday the lawyer guy called me and tell me that after thorough check, the owner(seller) was a bankruptcy. So, we cannot proceed with the purchase.

I need to know, do i get back all my money? My 10% down payment, and s&p legal fees, bank loan legal fees??

I read before, i will get back all the money, because the lawyer will charge the owner(seller). But i couldnt find back any info just now. Hope you guys can help me..

The property agent keep asking me to just buy another house he got, but far away than the place i wanted. I dont wish to proceed. Will i get back the 10% deposit, and all the legal fees? Its a big amount

renew car insurance/roadtax. grant still at bank

Hi guys. I wanna renew my car insurance and roadtax. Expired on april. But i will be back to malaysia next week. So i will renew by end of this week.

I would like to renew my insurance online at etika insurance, but how to renew the roadtax after that? Cannot go to post office right as i dont have the ori grant.. ( 10% discount renewing insurance online @ etika. ) Bank still keeping my car grant. Still have another 4 years to settle the car loans. This is my 1st year renewing the insurance/roadtax.

Renew insurance online at etika, then use myeg to renew roadtax, but by using this method, my car grant will not be printed / updated by the jpj. As my grant still with the bank.. If i need to claim, i need to go to the bank, ask for grant, and ask myeg bring the grant to jpj to update my roadtax renewal.

Or should i just proceed with the bank runner to settle my insurance & roadtax? So that my car grant will be updated by the jpj

new acer z4 cannot turn on. need help

Hi. I bought online an acer z4 for my mum. She does not stay with me. So i will poslaju the phone to her. When i received the fone, i want to turn on the fone. To setup the fone for her to use, before i poslaju to her.

When i insert the battery, i try to turn it on. But nothing happen. The screen blank and nothing happen. Then i connect the charger, the fone vibrate every 3second. But nothing happen, screen still blank. Just that the fone keep vibrate every 3 second.

Is it normal, the vibration every 3seconds ? I need to charge the battery for 8hours as per instruction in the manual? Now i charge the fone. Try to turn on, also no response. Just the led showing blue color. And the fone keep vibrate every 3seconds. Kinda annoying.

New phone bought online, but cannot turn on. The battery really empty eh??

2months experience. should put in resume or not?

Hi. I worked for 2months before this, in a automative part production co.. But, due to the work culture and my super lansi boss, i tender my resignation.

And next week, im gonna have an interview. As a customer service. Should i put in the resume which i only worked for 2months then i quit? Last month i attend an interview for big mnc company, (bank), so i have to declared all my previous job experience. And i stated my 2months experience.

Now, another iv, should i put the 2months experience in my resume? Before this, im a fresh graduate. Interviewer tend to ask me, tell me about urself. There is one interview that i went, i didnt put my 2months working experience, but i dunno what to talk, so i honestly talk to him about my experience, working for 2months then quit. Then he said, if i take u in, there is no guarantee u will stay with us after 2months. Its like i shouldnt tell the truth about my 2months working experience.

But if i dont tell them, if they ask for my epf @ kwsp number, i give it to them, then they can have my statement and my previous employer right? Will they mad at me coz i didnt mention i had worked for 2months before this?

Hi. I placed an order for proton iriz.. Then the proton salesgirl asked for my payslip, etc.. She copied all that. Then she said bank will call me to process the loan.

Bank already gve me a call. Then bank said the salesgirl will inform me the result. That salesgirl gve me a call, she said loan approved for 80% and i need to pay down payment 20%.. I said okay, no problem.

Then she said i need to come to her proton showroom to pay for the booking fee and meet the bank officer there, to sign the agreement. I tought just pay booking fee. Or if really need to sign agreement, bank officer also come to the proton showroom. Really ah?

This is my 1st time wanna buy car. My dad bought car before, only sign agreement in front of his salesman only. No bank officer came..

For my case, the bank officer will meet me at the proton showroom. Really ah?

Later, maybe after 1week, will meet again to pay for the dp.. Im asking bout the bank officer. Do u guys pay booking fee and sign agreement in front of the bank officer at the cars showroom?

my dad had his urine and blood test last 3 weeks. at a clinic. then last monday, he got the result. the doc said, from the test, ur kidney might has a problem. or rosak. maybe 40% already, the doc not really sure. because the main objective of the test is only for overall health screening, to make sure my dad can continue works for the company.

so yesterday, my dad went to his personal gp. then the gp sent him to have another blood and urine test. tomorrow he will send the urine sample and also doing the blood test. maybe next week will get the result..

so, any of u having experience with kidney problem or failure? only my parents n I knew about this. other sibling still dunno bout this. kinda sad for me. after what he sacrificed for the family all this time. i know, to do kidney dialysis is also expensive. we're not rich.

im really sad. i told my mum, if it is his son having kidney problem, for sure dad will donate one of his kidney to the son. i told my mum i ready to do the same. then she already cried non stop. my dad told my mum, no need to donate him the kidney, he is already 59, and all of us, his children has a long journey ahead. this make me sad..

i knew 2 guys that had kidney problem.. family 1, the son is having kidney problem. his son maybe 45 of age at that time. and the dad donate one of his kidney to his son. but after 5 years, his son died.. the dad still alive, till now. this story maybe 15 years ago..

family 2, the son also having kidney problem. his son maybe 40 of age at that time. the dad donate one of his kidney to his son. his son still alive till now. dad already past away, sakit tua.. doc said, the son maybe has another 20 years after the kidney transplant. 10 years after the transplant, the son seems having problem again with the kidney. he has to do blood dialysis again now.. maybe already 5 years he's doing the dialysis..

so, any of u or ur families have experience with kidney problem?? kinda sad for me

diarrhea. any tips?

Having diarrhea now. Since 11pm friday nite, went to toilet 30times. Watery stool. Went to clinic on saturday morning, doc gave me diarrhea pill, stomach ache pill, gastric pill, ors aka air garam.. But still having diarrhea. So many water come out. If i drink water, later come out as watery stool. As if i cannot drink at all. I drink - go to toilet, watery stool. Not much energy left.

I already drink 100+.
I tried teh o pekat without sugar.

Any tips?
