Details of the complaint :

I posted a WTB thread in the Garage Sales forum and he PM'd me saying that he has a unit, 1 1/2 years old. I asked him about the condition of the product and this was his reply.

I assumed everything was well and I offered him a price for it and he accepted. All along I received offers from other sellers but they were slow to pm me about details for purchase so I bought it from him.

Item received on 7 of December 2012.

I just graduated and currently going through training before permanent placement. I paid RM 120 for the product anticipated a fully working mouse with all features intact. A portable mouse will help me greatly for work and play because I move a lot. It is a lot of money for me as I needed to take a part time job just to afford it.

But product received although nicely packaged with box and is working well but,

1) The receiver could not be put inside the mouse for portability when I'm on the move.

2) The receiver seemed bent a little.

3) The middle button is next to impossible to use. Very unresponsive.

It is a very important detail that he left out that will influence my purchase on the product. I am very disappointed at the moment and I feel it is irresponsible for the seller to leave the detail out. I've told him about it but

Seeking advice from forumers on what should I do? I would've let it go but I put a lot of effort to for the money out to buy the mouse and I feel cheated.

EDGE Connects Itself Automaticcally

I'm not sure where to ask this but, I bought a new Nokia 5530 recently and it's been working well. Today, it connects to EDGE by itself and when I check the task manager, no application is running at the moment. I want to ask how/why this happens and how to disable it?
