Sapphire R7 265 Dual-x vs R9 270

2 Questions

1> I checked the review for both gc, most would say go for 270 and some say there is no much different between both in term of performance. I actually want to save that RM 60 different if the performance difference is not significant, any advice? Any other suggestion for gc for same performance and price range?

Sapphire R7 265 Dual-x (RM 529, Viewnet)
Sapphire R9 270 (RM 589, Viewnet)

2> This the game i would like to play and its recommended gc by steam. Are the above gc sufficient to cater the need of these games.

1. Metro: Last Light (GTX 480 and above) - lag with current HD 6850
2. The Witcher 2 (Radeon HD 4850) - heavily lag with current HD 6850
3. GTA V (GTX 660/ AMD HD 7870)

Thank you for your advice.

Hardware list
- i5 2400
- Asus P8H61-M LX
- 8 GB DDR3
- silver stone 600w

While im gaming, my screen turned reddish and hanged. So i forced shutdown and restart but the startup screen become abit weird, loose some colour (refer attachment). so I suspect my gpu crashed. So i tried to remove my gpu and plug the monitor to the board built in port and the monitor works fine but I cant play my game.

So is it confirmed my gpu is the problem, is there anything else i can do? If the problem is with the gpu, what i can do to repair it?

Thank you for your advice.

Hardware list
- i5 2400
- Asus P8H61-M LX
- Radeon HD 6850 1GB DDR5
- 8 GB DDR3
- silver stone 600w
