Nail biting in office

really cannot tahan the uncle keep biting his nail in office... dont know he eat the nail or not..
i can hear the 'takkk takkk takkk' of the biting sound everyday... follow by 'phhuuiii'

then another 30 yrs+ colleague, he korek hidung in car when we drive out for lunch ! why so many disgusting ppl around me !!!

Car lost insurance claims

Hi all..

I lost my car on 7th Sept 2012. The car was 6 months old, so I able to get 100% insurance claim of the sum insured amount.
Below are the calculation I received from Bank after deduct the balance of my loan amount.

Purchase price : 115,000.00
Deposit : - 20,000.00

My Car Loan : 95,000.00

Interest for 84
mths 2.54% : + 16,891.00

payable : 111,891.00

installment paid:
10 months : - 13,330.00

interest in lieu
of hiring charges

Question: How to calculate the Interest in lieu of hiring charges from (8/9/2012 - 18/3/2013) ? Which means the period after I report car lost and waiting claims from insurance company, took me 6 months waiting time.
I ask the bank loan officer he just answer me they have thier own calculation =...=

Wondering why 6 months interest cost me RM3676.50

any one claims your car insurance before? Pls share your experience..

Second house loan within few months

Hi expert,

My friend just bought a condoA with loan amount 450k+ for investment purposes last month, she will sell the condo when it ready on 2016. Right now, she plan to get another condoB for own stay which cost around RM450k.
Just wondering will bank approve her loan since she just gets loan one month ago. Her monthly salary is around RM10k-15k per month, no commitment at the moment, no car loan.

Please advise.

computer rig question

hi all,

i want to buy a new computer.

my situation is - i've been using company laptops all the while, but sometime i need to store personal file i find put in external harddisk very troublesome. so i guess the best way is to get my own workstation put at home, so i can stream online movies, store my photos, stuff, play some web games, (not sure abt real game like dota coz my bf keep brainwash me play them.. i played RO previously)

the problem now is my stupid bf is AMD freak... but i dont really like AMD.. i prefer intel.. so i am stuck now. i never build a rig b4 and not sure about those stuff.. my bf keep said phenom is the best but that is AMD unfortunately

dear /k/tard pls help me propose a rig to assemble ! i will b going to lowyat so i just need to know wat i want and tell the shop they will fix for me. my budget is rm1.5k -rm2k .. 2k being the max, i prepare 1.5 but still can stretch the budget slight a bit .. i done a lot research so now i slightly know the terms & stuff

i already got a monitor, so i just need a CPU.
- motherboard
- graphic card
- power supply
- processor
- casing (i think this 1 i just go there see any cute 1)
- harddisk (i think got more than few TB).. but i heard got SSD... hmm not sure la..
- ram

what else did i missed?

pls propose which brand/model/type to buy.
