phone working just fine only physically look alot of scratches around the phone (secondary phone)

known faulty:
- volume up sometimes cannot be press (can trick this by using volume down and increase it using the touch screen in the phone)
- behind cover abit loose (can be trick using hp cover)
- monitor screen got a bit of watermark at the bottom of the screen (not noticeable)
