WTA Laptop skin lowyat

Hi I was wondering are there any laptop skin shop around lowyat? Meaning they sell laptop skin (even transparent one is okay) I just want them to apply for me as I'm a bit "cacat" with these kind of craft. I took a walk around the place and i couldn't find any~ (walk and ask a few of the shop assistance).

(Sorry if this is in the wrong section.)

Y400 Dota 2 Lag

I bought this laptop in hope of playing dota 2 would be smooth but it turn out the graphic is nice but it starts to lag (walk a few step the hero stop and walk stationary for a few second and resume)don't think it's the ping issue as it's only 32 ping my previous mac book air can play it with lower graphic setting and it works fine no lag at all. I don't really know which forum this topic should belong to so i just post it here can any of the sifu help me?

Good looking laptop
mobile(light weight)

storage
at least 200+ storage ssd/hhd (must have enought storage previously own a laptop with low storage that had to carry an external everywhere it's a pain... )

Processing speed and graphic(Output)
fast processing speed i5 to i7
memory 4gb or more(hopefully can open few application at once

Output
graphic card as long it can handle dota 2 fluidly
decent screen that can play hd video has fast internet always download movie and stream youtube video
Sound just need to be okay
hope to have 13inch to 14inch display.But smaller would be fine too.

Extra note
a Dota 2 player hopefully can run Dota2 with full blast and good fps
a student that require laptop daily for assigment so prefer a light weight laptop and that doesn't look ugly (face mah)
if touch hopefully the screen quite stable hands on a few t14 at sony shop like the screen get push back easily when you touch on it
also much run normal programming software(matlab C++ and others) but doubt it will be a problem if the laptop can run Dota 2 smoothly

Model have in mind so far
-xps-12(Seems like a very good ultrabook but screen is very small)Besides that almost No1 in my list currently finding more review on it.Haven't went to try it out in a shop don't know whether the screen wobble or not .(Haven't see any video of it playing games so don't know about it's performance.)
-sony T14(Please give some commend on this ultrabook it's very hard to find review on this laptop....)
-lenova Y500(cross off too heavy)
