[wta].javelin 8900 problem!

Hye to all the blackberry user, and expertise.
i'm new to blackberry ..
just receive my javelin 8900 blackberry today..

but sadly..my blackberry cannot b turned on after i've insert sim card.
it is ok before n shows 3 bar of batt...

..i leave the fon with no sim card n battery for a few hours(7 hours i thnk) after the prob.
tried turn it on back..it's ok..no problem but with no sim card.
so i insert the sim back.
n the problem comes back again..
my fon stuck on the loading screen with battery icon with a red slash(pangkah) on it..n when i tried to charge it.
there is error 424..

i dont know wut to do..can anyone help me?

hope can give some help regarding this problem that really bothers me..
i'm using compaq presario SR 5252A desktop...
with amd athlon 64 precessor..

lately..i keep encounter with the problem that makes my pc restart by itself
n blue stop screen appear after dat..

i rili want to know how to fix this...
can anyone tell me how?
