How to report merchant do business on walkway?

How to report? I don't believe DBKL so stupid they wasted so much taxpayer money to build the walkway so nice and then some burger stall or some other stall put tent on top of the walkway. Pretty sure they have no license. Then when people want to walk, they have to turn 1 big round because the damn stalls blocking the road. Some stalls put 1-2 cones on top of the proper parking slot somemore. Then start to put chair and table for customer to sit.

I pity the restaurant next to them, need to pay tax pay rent but opposite stall can do business without paying a single dime.

Anyone know how to make a company dormant?

Why some fat people healthy?

Why I see many fat people no diabetes, no high blood pressure, cholesterol good level, some play badminton play till very good somemore like expert level.

Is it possible to stay fat and healthy? My office got fatty 1 Malay guy wtf he every day eat like 2 person portion, KFC his favourite and normally will buy those roadside Pisang goreng and karipap back to office and eat. But 40+ adi he said no health issue. Meanwhile one Indian also another fat man in my office, got kidney failure now.

Genetic problem? Or is fat and healthy not a myth?

Does anyone had the same experience, when suddenly stomach pain want pangsai and rushing back home, when driving back home still can tahan one, but when almost reach home, stomach suddenly become extra pain like 2x working hard to force those poop come out, especially when waiting for elevator or inside the elevator, as if like your stomach damn naughty, know you almost reach home then work hard to force your poop out.

lets say the shop/stall makes very good food, it could be 1 of the best char kuey teow, roti canai, nasi lemak you ever eat. But the tauke very lanci, very rude, will you still buy from him?
Service is very important in a restaurant, especially fine dining, but how about hawker/warung/mamak?

Me personally i okay la, i will buy from the tauke, afterall i eat his food only, not want to see his face also. But i have friends told me that they won't, people who don't respect you don't deserve to earn your money, not like they cant buy nasi lemak from other stalls also, just not as tasty as his one.

I personally last time got quarrelled with a friend back in my uni days 5 years ago, till now never contact anymore, now I think back, really just a misunderstanding, maybe problems can be solved easily if both of us willing to sit down and talk properly, wonder how is he doing now.

why so many bangla tummy big big but they do those hard labour 3Ds Job, carry sand, bricks, mostly construction job. i see they can walk 5km to supermarket through the highway also to buy groceries. i think 1 day can burn 1000 calories easily, but why still so fat? genes ah?

I personally like Dimsum with good quality tea to enjoy my weekend. Chinese steam food is certainly 1 of my favourite, not only dimsum, steam/boiled dumplings, xiao long bao.

Also, i think spaghetti is one of the best invention in the world, dunno why, even maggi mee seasoning put spaghetti noodles, will taste better than normal maggi mee.

Then followed by korean chicken. Although US popularized fried chicken, korean still made the best fried chicken imo. Nowadays i don't even buy from KFC/MCD anymore, i always buy korean chicken. I tried european pork in bukit bintang El cerdo as well, not sure which country's food but should be the carribean, also not bad but still not good enough to put into my top 3 list.

In no particular order, i'll say my top 3 is China steam food, italian noodles and korean fried chicken. So china italy and korea.
