Safer-Play Ratio: Loan-to-Asset Ratio.

Question [QUOTED]:
......
Is there a common formula to calculate one’s loan-to-asset ratio? As in the following examples:

Mr A owns RM10mil worth of assets but still has an outstanding loan of RM9mil. Mr A is on 90% loan-to-asset ratio.
Mr B owns RM4mil worth of assets but still has an outstanding loan of RM2mil. Mr B is on 50% loan-to-asset ratio.

Based on the above examples, who has a “healthier” balance sheet? I am open to a more useful benchmarking system, if you are so kind as to share it with me.
......
Question [QUOTED]
[addedon][/addedon]
What do you guys think?
