Dear all,

This is a courtesy call informing about a Bangladeshi worker (foreman) named Sultan who offers services to repair your house or small construction.

He is a scammer and should not be trusted at all cost. He will either make your house worse (so that they can repair more) and for our case, he stole our goods.

He is based in Kelana Jaya maintaining the building Kelana Sentral Condo.

Beware! You have been warned.

I have never bought a property which is under contruction.

Anyone can give the details of how the interest is calculated for properties under construction?

How are we being charged? How's the repayment like.

Take example of a 500k property.
