[WTA] PC upgrade

Hi, so my PC build was actually made here 6-7 years ago. and it has served me well and I want to upgrade it. Thanks for taking your time to help me out here. ^^

[Budget] = RM 2k

[Purpose] = 3D modeling using Blender/VRoids/Unity, Multimedia Editing (photoshop, illustration, video), and Gaming (I play VR Games and own Oculus Rift S)

[Current Hardwares] =

GPU : Gigabyte GTX 1070 8GB [Will be reused since bought this last year as quick upgrade from 750ti]
Mobo : Asrock H97M-Pro4
Ram : 2 x 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 Corsair Value RAM
PSU : FSP Hexa 450W
SSD + HDD : Kingston A400 480GB + 2 x 1TB WD blue caviar [Will be reused]
Casing : CM K380 Casing [this has very tight fit with the current gpu and bad airflow now]

[Personal preferences] = Currently the machine run just fine, but mobo already have 2 broken usb 3 port due to wear & tear. I'm not into aesthetic things like rgb and not looking to overclock or get highest performance in games. Just a casual enjoyable non-competitive gaming experience. Oh, and I'm into simulators and looking forward to the flight sim 2020. My current monitor is just regular samsung 1080p monitor and it works just fine.

Preferably if the parts can be re-used, that's awesome. but wanted something that can last longer in term of upgrade-ability in the future.
