Anyone can help evaluate this form of cardio?

due to the super duper hot weather recently, is kinda diff for me to do hiit 'jogging' outside... （afraid of getting heat stroke xD) so i decided to try some indoor circuit cardio... so this is wat i 'designed'...

a circuit contains 6 bodyweight exercise:-

high knee
jump squat
jumping jack
regular push up
burpee
plank

each exercise i try to do as many reps i could in 30 secs... so total time for one circuit will be 3 mins

then i take 3 mins rest before i cont the next circuit... and total i did 3 sets of circuit.... which makes up total time of 15 min of cardio (3 sets of exercise plus 2 sets of rest, each 3 mins)

i tried this workout today and after this circuit cardio i feel suffocated for oxygen, breathing like an angry ox... and i cant barely stand up due to my leg really like lack of energy...

could this be due to work too much on my legs? and can this replace the normal hiit 'jogging' as im in my quest to lose body fat... can any pros evaluate on this? thx alot!! =)

Question about biceps training and rest btw sets

I had performed few weeks of dumbbell exercises and i realise something on my biceps training...

If i perform dumbbell curl as my 1st exercise followed by hammer curl and other exercise, the next week i will change to perform hammer curl 1st, follow by dumbbell curl for the next week... and i perform until failure...

For dumbbell curl as 1st exercise, i can performed about 12/10/8 reps... when come to hammer curl for next, i can only performed about 6/4/3 reps... with 90 sec rest between set...

Then when i perform hammer curl as 1st exercise for the following week, i can perform about 12/10/8 reps... then when i perform dumbbell curl as next exercise, again i can only performed 6/4/3 reps... with 90 sec rest between set...

so as u all can see for the same type of exercise when perform on diff sequence, i performed lesser on the next exrcise... and this oni happen on biceps exercises... others i can performed the same number of reps despite whichever sequence...

so i would like to ask those experience ppl, is this means that my rest time is not enuf? (90 secs seems to be the max for muscle building)

or actually biceps exercises need more rest time btw sets?
When starvation, our body will use the energy storage as source of energy... Does our body use up glucose first, follow by fat and protein in this sequence? If yes does that means unless u have 0% body fat then only u will experience muscle waste?
