Lazada Ewallet f up system

Hi all

How many of you had some bad experience with Lazada Ewallet?
This is the first time I reload about 2k into the Lazada Ewallet and now they rejected my request to withdraw even when I've submitted my ic and bank statement twice.

I wanted to buy a phone on 11.11 and I was worried that I might not get the limited quantity deal. So I double checked with Lazada whether withdrawal is possible and of course they said yes. Just need to submit form and apply.

Unfortunately due to overwhelming traffic, Lazada Ewallet failed on 11.11 midnight. I was unable to make the payment. Did a few tries worrying I might miss the deal, so I use my other account to purchase with debit card and it went through.

So now due to Lazada Ewallet inefficiency, my 2k is stuck with them.
Who is to blame? Its their system farkup and now they reject me request?

So I hereby like to ask those who had the same experience with me to stand up to Lazada and demand them to release OUR OWN money back to us.

They are Having promotion, cases are free just need to pay USD10 for shipping and I fell for it. The quality of the case is on par with pasar malam standard. Uneven or unfinished paint. Cheap quality. I would just pay MYR 5 for this piece of Crap. Don't fall for the cool looking website. It's send from China itself. Not the US address you see on the site. You can get better ones on Taobao and cheaper. Haha

Bought the case during Maxis road show at Midvalley.

Price stated was RM98

Was offered RM80.

Did a survey around it actually comes with a FREE screen Protector and cleaning cloth as stated on the packaging.

The print on the box is very hard to notice and yet TAKACOM paste the price tag over it.refer to pic.

While purchasing I did ask the staff was it included.

He replied NO.

Hopefully you guys will be more alert than me next time when dealing with such company.

Update :

Went there pretend I wanna see the cases.
He open up. Also no sp inside.
I ask : free any?
He said : if you want I can give you.
(showed him the one I bought there without receipt)
I said : look at the package. Its stated on the box its included and yet your company cover it up with price tags. Every single one of them.

He call Boss. Don't know talk what.

In the end gave me what I supposed to get.

mobile phone specific threads are slowly turning into Modders / hackers / hardcore users only thread.

out of 10 post 9 are talking about kernel, rom, versions, root unroot.........

Just when a average user ask a simple question, the post will be buried within hours by hardcore users without any answers.

Why can't LYN allow sub threads like

modification root unroot
problems and issues
accessories
average users

Not every users want to root and mod their phones.
Some might not be ready to root.
Some just want to use as it is.

The gap between the pros and average users are too big for them to be mixed in a single thread.

Please look into it.

My friend after form 6 with not that great results worked 1 year and thinking of going back to college for taking up some Diploma in Business but having some financial difficulties.

1.Anybody can recommend any good college that offer cheap courses or even loan in KL?

2. Is taking part time course actually cheaper than being full time student?
