word counting tools

Hi all, i dunno whether this is the correct place to ask.
i google but nothing come out because i dunno how to describe it.
hoping u guys can help me XD

im searching for a counting tool for a word document.
let say i have a 1000 pages of word document, so the software will run through and calculate the occurrence of the word.

just like this one (http://wordsift.com/)

after one by one my problems happen.

after the board kaput, i buy board.
then later i know, not only board kaput, my cpu oso kaput.

so i bought new proc. but... yesterday after arrive home, assemble all item.

time to switch on.... everything looks fine at first.. but then, this happen..

i tot maybe the driver, so i install mobo driver + gpu driver.
but nothing seems to change..

i remove the card, then i connect my monitor to onboard, its working fine.

is this slot problem or card problem..

what is the differences between those cpu.
a6-3650(250rm)/a8-3850(350rm)/i3-2121(355rm)/i5-2500k(550rm??)

what i know i3 is dual core and others is quad core right?
does this mean amd cpu is better?

i want to build a low cost rig that can play games. and i want to upgrade it stage by stage.
currently, i hv 9800gt card. so does this mean i hv to go for intel processor?
if i buy amd do i have to chg to radeon card?

sorry for the noobness question. after using lappy, i never follow the computer world.

hi.. yesterday my pc mobo kaput, so i switch back to my s42 to play games

i want to ask, my benq s42 when using the gpu play game always hang and restart it self.
i oredi dissect the laptop, see maybe got habuk inside the fan or what.
i clean everything, put it back together, still have this problem.
even when i play dota, halfway during play, the screen turn to blank.. need to power off and on again.
i suspect maybe gpu is overheat.

so is there any suggestion to solve this problems?

Hi all pc experts.

last night my pc suddenly turn off and cannot turn back on again while im playing dota 2
how do i know which part is damage and need to be replaced?
there is no 'meletup' sound, so im thinking, my pc doesnt blow.
after i off plug, open casing, on plug again, the led board turn on.
when i push power button, the cpu kipas like gerak a bit..

help meeeee

This is my problem...

I try to process massive data.. This is the way that i can think of to speed the process
but googling around still dont have the solution.

I was thinking to sent my form to two action process.
this form have many category.
so if user want to process two or more categories, the form will be divided to two processor (is this possible???)
this means it will process category A and B simultaneously..

Some like errr multi-thread kot.

PHP SQL server query problems..

Hi all,

Im using php with mssql function (Xampp). Im trying to do a so-called progress bar for my user to see the process running behind. So, from a form, i send it to two php pages. one is the processing page and another one is the progress bar (popup window) page.

The processing page work fine, insert, update the database. but the problem is another page, which is the progress bar page keep on hang after refresh.

If i run both page using different browser (firefox and chrome), the progress bar working fine, but if both running in the same browser (eg: im using firefox4), the progress bar script will halt and error of 'Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded' appear

fyi, both page use the same database and same table..
