International Data Roaming

Hi,

I was in Singapore the past few days and subscribed to a 3 day social pass for data usage with international roaming. However, when I was there, I was unable get any internet access at all despite checking on all settings in my device and turning on data roaming. I am currently using a LG Nexus 5. Since I was unable to use the social pass, could I kindly request for a refund of the credit used to purchase the pass? Your kind assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Wireless Internet Problem

Since yesterday, my wireless connection was giving me problems. I could connect to my wireless internet at home (it shows there connected) but when I tried loading a page, it takes forever to load (it doesn't load at all most of the time). I've tried using different browsers but it still fails to load. However, when I tried using the wired connection, I could browse the internet without any problems at all. There is nothing wrong with my modem or router because I tried different laptops and they work with the same wireless connection.

I tried to run several ping tests on different websites (eg. google, yahoo) using command prompt and the results came back absolutely fine. All the packets sent were received within 100ms. So anyone knows what's the problem?
