I have been working for 2 years already. My job scope is software base, using C programming. I would say, it is more to firmware engineering. The problem now is, if I want to move on, I do not know whether the skills I have now is sufficient for me or not. <br /><br />What if I change field, back to hardware or production? Will my pay be cut down as well?
