[WTA] Building a gaming rig

Okay, I'm kinda new here. I wanna build a gaming rig that can handle games at max settings at 1080p (especially for the upcoming BF3), so any sifu here can offer some suggestions?

Budget's around RM2700 (include monitor),but actual budget will overshoot since i stay in SARAWAK, nevertheless i want ur suggestion for my rig. Usage mainly for gaming, internet and downloading tons of HD anime.
Some other preferences=
-Intel proc (Sandy bridge i5-2400)
-Asrock H67 mobo or maybe an intel mobo would do
-1TB HDD
-A full HD LCD (Cheapest possible)
-I prefer gtx 560 ti as my gc, hopefully within budget.

I have no intention for overclocking.

Where to build rig in Kuching?

I live Kuching and I want to get a gaming rig but i want to try local market first so I'm wondering if there's any reliable shop or person who provides gaming rig building service at reasonable price (I mean no that expensive la compared to KL). I'm know what i want for my specs but just who or which shop do I look for? Any senior sarawakian forumers or anyone can help or advice?
