sudden fps drop in games

I was playing csgo, my pc turned off by itself while in game, after restart all games drop in fps, i used to get 300fps in csgo, barely getting 40 now
all games fps drop to low 20, tested everything, mobo & ram 1 month old, processor stress test ok, all temps are fine
game drive nvme also tested ok , reformatted windows 10 and reinstall everything still same, is this GPU gone or could it be a software issue? anyone experienced this before?

Have anyone painted their motherboard before?, i came across a video on youtube explaining how to do it using plastidip as its non conductive and may even protect some parts from a watercooling leak (idk about that one)

i noticed white smoke on startup today which i never noticed in the past 4 months of owning, it happened after a 20km drive, engine oil checks out, and it does not happen when i rev it, and no white smoke on cold start, only after a drive,

anyone had any similar experience could clarify if this is normal or do i need to get it checked asap?
