Problem installing Win 7 RC

i wonder if any of you encountered this problem.

PC installed Win 7 Beta 7000(32Bit) no problem... installed damn fast too about 15 mins only.

But i tried formating and reinstalling Win 7 RC1 32bit seems like the PC is stuck in Completing Installation... for very long.

So i taught maybe my image is faulty, i took a copy from one Lowyat forumer here, Salimbest83, also same problem stuck at same place. u know where after the PC screen flicker and change to the correct resolution... then it just stuck there.

This problem did not happen with Win 7 Beta 7000.
Weird... i'm at a dead end here... can't seem to figure out the solution. any help from sifus here?

PC specs :
Proc : C2D E6600
M/B : ABIT Fatality F190HD
RAM : 2 X 2GB DDR2 667MHz
HDD : 1TB WD Caviar Black
GFX : Asus 8800GT

What info you sifus need to know some more... so i can provide more information and hopefully i can install my Windows 7 RC

Notebook LCD Panel expert

Hi everyone,

I've got a question here, If currently my notebook is a WXGA 15.4" and is a HP Compaq.
I've checked and it uses a Samsung LTN154X1 panel for the HP.

Question is recently i acquire a Samsung LTN154U2 panel and this panel is a WUXGA 15.4" panel. This is a Dell panel. Meant for laptops like the Precision M70.

I've opened up and compare the panel side by side.. Where the Video cable goes in the connector head is the same meaning both is interchangable.

But my problem here currently is that when i fix the LTN154U2 panel to my laptop there is no video... only backlight is on. U can see the screen is lighted up.. look behind and the CCFL is on... but there's no video on screen.

Any pros out there to further advise on this?

I'm personally thinking problem lies with :
1. HP and Dell the cable signals are proprietry.... Meaning the signals even though same connector but the use different positions and such.
2. The notebook is just not compatible with the Samsung LTN154U2 panel.
3. The new panel is faulty... hahahaha

Anyone out there got experience in this?? Notebook LCD thing

Hi everyone,

I would like to know usually for best quality to file size compromise usually what method you use to rip your audio files?

MP3? AAC?

which is better? and using CBR or VBR or ABR? very confused over all this.
and what is VBR method? eg. VBR-Old, VBR-New, VBR-MTRH. which is better?

and lastly what software you guys use to rip your CDs? CDex? or itunes or WMP?
